Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the forest as we embark on a day of exploration, foraging, and profound healing practices.
An enchanting forest walk, with our native plant guide Carl Ronka . Discover abundance of wild edible plants that the forest generously offers such as wild edible berries of the Pacific Northwest, and medicinal polypore mushrooms. Learn about their medicinal properties, nutritional benefits, and how to incorporate them into your culinary creations.
Next, with our qigong practitioner Carol Waters as she leads us through a gentle and transformative qigong practice. You will then be offered time to find a spot on your own, to quietly bathe in the healing vibration of the forest (known as forest bathing).
During our time in the forest, we also invite you to kick off your shoes and experience the grounding energy of the earth beneath your feet. Then find a beautiful spot to gather together and have lunch. For the adventurous souls seeking an invigorating boost, we offer the chance to immerse yourself in the refreshing waters of the nearby river.

A Dyad is a pair-based meditation with a very clear structure based on two simple roles: the Witness asks a question, holds the space, and practices empathic listening (without verbal or nonverbal reaction). A Dyad is an invitation to explore and show yourself, to see and to be seen.
In a Dyad we seek a genuine experience of truth, to step into our higher self, connect with our purpose and gain access to the so called inner guidance, the wisdom that we are all connected.
