Nature Immersion Events

These events offer an opportunity to deepen your connection to yourself and strengthen your relationship to the natural world.

The day will begin with a walk in to the forest, where we will disconnect from the hustle, bustle and stresses of the world and begin our journey of rediscovery. We will use games to develop our senses and ability to see, feel, hear, and understand the life around us. To invigorate and balance the body, a gentle yet powerful practice of Qi gong will be taught under the canopy of the sheltering trees and upon the soft moss of the forest floor.
To further understand and connect to the healing power of nature, we will delve in to the ancient healing arts of flower essences. I will be bringing a few different essences that you can make your own personal mixture from and bring home after the event.
As you sync more and more with the rhythm of the forest, you will be guided on a mediation to draw you in to the deeper frequencies and language of nature and yourself. Following your meditation journey you will have some time on your own to find a spot in the forest, by your favorite tree, or clearing, to journal, reflect, or just sit quietly.
At some point we will enjoy lunch together, and take this time to get to know each other more.
As the afternoon approaches the end of our time together, you will be invited to awaken your senses even more deeply, by taking a cold dip with in the crystal clear and refreshing waters of one of our local rivers.
It is your choice to dip or not.

After the dip it will be time to head home and begin to integrate the beauty and wisdom that you have absorbed through our time in the forest, with each other, and with the ancient healing arts, so that you may now step more fully in to yourself and your life.

It is my honor to guide you on this powerful journey!
