Quests are crucial role in each person's evolution by challenging individuals to step beyond their comfort zones and confront new experiences. These journeys often lead to profound personal insights, revealing hidden strengths and wisdom that may otherwise remain dormant. Quests, therefore, are not just adventures but essential pathways to enlightenment.

Are you ready to join the quest and awaken your dormant strengths?

Each month is a different theme consisting of weekly classes on Tuesday evenings.
You will connect with others on a similar healing journey and explore inner growth.
Each session blends Qigong, and self-healing techniques to enhance your energy flow and balance. You’ll gain practical tools for daily life, share and engage with the group, participate in a sharing circle, and experience powerful guided meditations to release old patterns and and activate deep changes.

Quests are offered through a monthly membership of $55, with flexibility to join on the months that fit your changing schedule.

We limit class size for a close-knit, supportive environment and prioritize privacy by not recording sessions.

What You’ll Experience:

Classes happen 4 Tuesday evenings a month 6:45pm - 8:00pm
Physical Practice: Qigong to energize and balance your body.
Healing Principles: Tools for daily self-care.
Sharing Circle: A safe space for open dialogue, support and connection.
Powerful Meditations: Techniques to shift your subconscious to a new frequency.

Focus areas include physical wellness, mental clarity, emotional balance, spiritual connection, and community support.

During the month of October our Quest is to reclaim our focus.
Here is how:
1. Understand why our ability to pay attention is collapsing
2. Learn what we need to avoid/limit in order to regain focus, clarity and memory.  
2. Engage in practices to strengthen focus and memory.
3. Learn how to create the space in our lives to integrate these new practices.

November Quest

Activate Your Intuition

Although it goes against what most of us were taught, intuition is our first sense.

The one that helps us read between the lines, pick up on invisible information,
feel things out and make good decisions, and understand the “vibe” we get from a person or situation.
For the November Quest we will delve deeper in to what Intuition is and isn't.
How to strengthen it, and how to use it to create a thriving and fulfilling life. 

December Quest

Single Sessions 

In September, I will be offering drop-in classes for the Quest.
So if you have been curious about the quests but were not ready or able to make a month commitment, you can join us for a single session each week without any monthly commitment.

These sessions will focus on the basics of qigong, healing principles, and meditations, making them perfect for beginners.

Cost for each single session is $15
