Volunteer Blog

When possible I try to volunteer for a different organization that is giving to the community in a positive way. The organizations I connect with are normally grassroots, small, community based, and generally don't get a lot of attention or recognition. If they are willing, I spend a few hours with them learning about their vision , their values, and how they are making an impact. With their permission I write about my experience and their organization. This is in hopes of connecting people by sharing their vision as well as giving others the opportunity to learn about the many beautiful actions people are taking in the community.

I will always post the contact info of each organization if anyone feels drawn to help them out.
